ITSI began as the obvious answer to the evolving careers of our core staff. We had worked for over a decade in the many facets of the information technology industry gaining valuable experience. Gobs of the kind of experience that matters most—Windows, Unix and Novell system administration; server and desktop hardware design and management.
But we were looking for something more. We wanted to create the kind of company where we could offer our customers a different experience. We want our clients to understand our genuine desire to help, and we work hard to gain their trust. We're willing to let our hair down in front of clients, so to speak, so they get to know who we are. What we're saying is that we don't let our information technology experience and expertise get in the way of being real people. And that's a difference that puts our customers at ease.
As we said, we love what we do. In fact, we're borderline obsessed with it. That's our unique way of showing our dedication. Because every day when we pack our lunches and head to our office, we know that we're making a difference in the way our customers do business
